Solar Inverters Priorities

Hi guys
i need some information regarding solar inverters and their priorities

Is there any Inverter which have these priorities options

1. Solar Panel
2. Utility Power (WAPDA)
3. Battery Power

Normally the inverter uses battery as 2nd priority. and don't have options to put it on 3rd priority.. or i didn't find this option....

any kind of help will be appreciated.
