Solution of Rotten sulphur smell from AC vents at high acceleration

I own Vitz 2016 model with 4.5 grade since March 2018 self imported but registered from Punjab. I want to share an important thing about my car is that when I drove beyond 100 on highway in earlier months then I felt some sulphur smell coming out from the AC vents. First I went to my local mechanic who advised a lot about my previous Mehran and Alto. He shocked me that the Clutch plates of my Vitz are burning rapidly that's why a sulphur smell is emitting in cabin. Meanwhile I visited the Toyota Motors and engaged foreman for the detailed discussion about the problem. He told me that I should not use different wax sprays for dashboard and air fresheners in the cabin. He set a test drive and then weaved me after cleaning the AC filter. But the rotten stale chemical smell chased me at every long drive. Finally I decided to reach in the depth of matter and finally sorted out the problem with simplicity.

Dear PakWheelers story begins just after two months of driving my Vitz 1.0 2016. As I set to drive on a highway from Bahawalpur to Lahore and drove the car at 120 with rapid acceleration, a bad pungent odor first came out from the AC vents that seems like a burning acid. I cancelled my trip to Lahore and came back in order to avoid any huge botheration and started to diagnose the problem. After many appointments and discussions with mechanics nothing could satisfied me properly. Real problem was to diagnose the issue but every advisor had different opinion and suggestion. Finally I decided to cope with the issue by my own.
Finall I came to following conclusions.
1- Bad burning acid odor(smell) was that of the electrolyte that out flown from the car battery some days ago due to the over filling of water. Some Electrolyte fell around on engine and as soon as the engine starts charging the battery, more electrolyte came out. As the engine got heated up on high acceleration the acid burnt rapidly and the burnt smell thrushes through the vents in to the cabin.

2- Check the electrolyte level that must not exceede the maximum level.
3- Wash the engine all around exteriorly once or twice will finish the smell.

After having symbolic PHD in car odors, I also applied following methods on different cars around the country and sorted out 37 problems up till now. Pls also try following that are listed from cheapest to expensive.

4- If engine wash doesn't pay you then third step is to replace the transmission oil along with filter.
5- If smell does not vanish then Make the catalytic converter to clean from a specialist
6- Again if smell prevails then last step is to replace the catalytic converter with the new one.
7- Also change the fuel station means the brand of fuel as some gasolines have sulphur additive that produce Hydrogen Sulphide on burning which aggravates the problem.
Note: AC filter must be neat and clean before applying all methods.
Lastly want to share An important advice.
Don't go to the bloody Mehran Mechanics as they don't know about your auto car.
