There is another way where they add an electric motor to the exsisting sterring rack and it only costs around a total of 8k,i am gonna go for that in a day or two then will let know about the results

I have EPS Installed in my Civic Reborn 2008. Its been almost a year now. Its working fine. I wanted to ask you that after the installation did the mechanic remove the old pump hydraulic pump? My mechanic did not remove it and said to keep it there. I was thinking to get the dead pump removed and get a new tensioner belt that will fit without the pump. Do you know anything about this?

that is so wierd that your mechanic did not remove the oil pump of your old power steering however you should remove it and get a new tensioner belt.
