Some Tips Required for Fairy Meadows and Hunza Trip

Hi folks,
I am planning to visit Fairy Meadows and Hunza with my Wife on personal car. But i need some suggestions/clarifications.
1. I am worried about parking my car at Raikot as i have never been there on my own car.
2. I have seen the trek from tattu was damaged last year and become more dangerous, whats the present condition? Is it ok for us to go?
3. My plan is to leave from isb in morning and stay at naran. Next day, travel to raikot and move to Fairy meadows. Stay there for two nights and travel back on the next day and move to hunza. 3 nights stay at hunza covering city and khunjerab. Return to naran, have a night stay and then to isb on next day.
Any changes required in this plan?
4. Now the important point is the time of visit. Should i visit in July or delay it to end of Aug/first week of sept? Keeping in consideration of hotel prices and natural beauty of these areas.

Plan looks perfect.
Do not worry you can park you car at Raikot. There is paid car parking is available. Jeep drivers will help you to park your car, it safe and secure.

When should i visit these areas? In July or delay it to end of Aug?

July is full peak season you will see too many tourist in these areas so the hotel fare will be high, After mid Aug there will be off season so you will get less tourist and hotel will cheap. I like to visit in full season.
I have just visited these hilly areas from 16 to 28 June-2019.

Any hotel suggestions ranging around 6-7k?

In Hunza you can check hotel hill top and hotel mulberry in this range but I stayed in hotel Al barkat Karimabad for two nights on 21 and 22 June-2019. They asked room rent 5000 per night but I bargain and paid 4000 per night. It is good hotel, clean room, hot water at morning, car parking, comfortable bed and clean blankets. I felt no issue. I did not use there restaurant but tried different options.
In ferry meadows if you arrive by mid day you can easily get a hut in Rs. 2000 to 3000.

Instead stay at naran you can stay at Batakhundi, It is only 15 KM far from Naran and nice place to stay in route to travel towards GB. some new hotels are also opened there.
You will get a good hotel in Rs. 3000 to 4000 in these days but in August you may get in less.
You can try hotel Taj Pearl, Rose valley and De rose, Shan guest house. Taj pearl continental hotel is better. One more option is Pine top resort Batakundi but its rent was Rs, 8000 per room.

Yes exactly, my plan is to stay at Batakundi. I dont want stay at Naran. But do i need to book in advance in these days?

No need to book in advance, visit and bargain. If you want to stay at pine top resort Batakundi than book in advance.
