Nice observation Usman. This is where these cheenas are very good. Infact, I found an interesting fact about them while I was studying that many of my cheeni classmates get the projects from Beijing and other universities in Chinese, use the translator installed on their computers and have the whole document in English. They are fortunate because the software that checks the plagiarism, only checks in English so cheenas take advantage of this. But at least good thing was they are doing R&D at their universities. No matter if it is just copying other hardwork.
