This is not an issue but how the honda hybrid system is designed.
When you are driving above 110/120, notice power vs charge on your dash.
Try this:
Drive constantly at 120/130 km/h
Your car should be fine for first few minutes. Keep your speed constant.
Notice your car down-shifting
As soon as it downshifts, your charge indication should show some reading (battery is charging)
Why?
Honda constantly shifts power between battery and engine or a combination of both based on your throttle, charge left in battery, speed & elevation etc. When you are constantly driving above 120, the car uses energy from both the engine and the battery hence draining all the charge. When you reach a constant speed, the car downshifts to produce more energy on higher rpm to keep car running on same speed + charge battery at the same time. Once battery reaches optimum charge level the car upshifts to max gear.
Hope it helps and I can assure there is nothing wrong with your car.
