Sony TV help needed

My TV model is KLV-40EX430

As I try to run some video from USB on my Sony TV, it woudl simply shutdown and restart few seconds later
Other times it would read the file and play just fine. What could be the issue?
I've tried multiple usbs, different formats as well as reformatted USB to fat32 and ntfs but no luck!

upgrade the firmware

certain MKV / MP4 & AVI compressed video formats are not supported by firmware for 2018 or older variants.

I can't seem to find the firmware for it. Any clue?

you need to find correct origin of the product to locate correct firmware version required.
