These look like the ones available on AliExpress and rebranded by them as Maximus. Since this is butyl rubber, I guess the worst it can do is make a gooeey mess inside the doors due to extreme heat. Personally I've used the branded ones and would recommend these:

As to how much to use that is basically personal choice. This is heavy and I don't like overusing as it not only adds weight but overusing only gives marginal difference unless you are using a heavy sound system (which I am not) or unless the car's "chaadar" is really thin. You can use 1 piece of these for both front doors combined. If you really want more coverage, then order 2 of these and you still might have some left after applying on both the front doors.

I received the sound deadening sheets from aliexpress and you were right, they were pretty light weight, that is why i started looking for vibration dampers as per your recommendation.

Will not be using a high end system so, I think 1 sheet should suffice for me.

I ordered sound dampening sheets from daraz and installed them on hood. Also engine noise was damped,but as you said earlier installing sheets over firewall will bring results In shaa Allah.
Brother, now I want to add these sheets to doors so i was little worried whether the same sheet will be effective for doors or not I am attaching the pictures Please share your experience about this material.Is it good enough for doors or not?Also,my primary target is to damp road noise and noise created through tyres.

Waalaikum assalam, yes I have used these sheets but they are not as effective as the AliExpress ones I was using earlier. But AliExpress deliveries have been getting stuck this year so I have no choice but to use these sheets.

If you want to block road noise you need to insulate your fenders first. Then floor and doors. But floor requires removal of a lot of items so I haven't done it. Insulating your doors will block ambient noise, a bit of road noise too and also make your door speakers sound better.

I searched the type of material used in these sheets the material is polyolefin foam(closed cell foam) which is manufactured by sekisui international thailand.After visiting company's site they primarily suggested these sheets for heat dampening in industries.That's why I was little worried that whether they will bring results ot not?
Can u please tell Me about the type of material used in sheets that u bought from ali express or their company name etc etc.

I just found the same sheets as you mentioned above on daraz.They are being sold from china via daraz.I am attaching pictures please confirm the material.
Are they better than above mentioned and can they bring better result for road noise?
What was your experience for that sheets

Yes these are also useful. For doors the best ones I experienced are the one in the '3rd link' I've provided above in this thread. However, for road noise you must also get the butyl rubber dampers that I've mentioned above. These days Autohub has run out of the 3M dampers so the only online option I can find are the ones being sold by Sehgal Motors.

1) Butyl rubber dampers are available at many audio shops in big cities so I haven't ever ordered them from AliExpress
2) Butyl rubber damper's purpose is to absorb metal vibrations that is why it is always supposed to be installed on large metal panels
3) Butyl rubber is much much heavier than closed cell foam so you have to be very smart and careful in installing it, otherwise you'll end up adding a lot of weight to your car
4) Closed cell foam is much more effective in blocking sound, but road noise gets amplified by the resonance of metallic panels of your car so you won't be able to block road noise with closed cell foam only

Here is an example of sound deadening doors that I have done. Notice that butyl rubber is only applied directly on metal and in much lesser quantity.

This is nice, so you keep the plastic sheet and for the outer side of the door frame you applied the sound deadening sheet on the door card. Thumbs up

For metallic body panels, you need butyl sheets, since u want to add weight to dampen the vibrations.
I hav a big roll of buyl sheet, let know qty in sq ft if you u need on competitive price

This reduces quite a bit of ambient noise, but for road noise, as I said, you must do the fenders. In this car I've not done the fenders so there is still a bit of road noise. I did the doors because I've upgraded the door speakers and doing sound insulation in door makes the speakers sound much cleaner.

In my other car I've also done the fenders - that car has noisier tires than this one but still has much lesser road noise as I've also done the fenders in that one.

Butyl with silver color aluminium backing; its around 850rs/ sq-ft. the weight ratio is around 400grams/sq-ft.
the daraz option works out to be around 2000rs/sq-ft
