What might be the reason of sound from probably engine in low gear with AC ON in Vitz 1.0, 2006?

Keep the vehicle is idling condition, open the hood, ask somebody to to turn ON the AC, then Headlights and Every Electrical Thing that puts Load on the Engine, then Hear from where the Noise is coming ....

I acted as u suggested but observed normal engine sound.. It gives sound only when it is in D mode especially in low gear and AC ON..

Seems Engine side is then clear, its Gear then .... for further confirmation take it to somebody who can lift the vehicle, put it in D mode and see from where the noise is ... most probably its Gear !

If CVT then complete replacement will be involved, other planetary type of Automatic Gears can be repaired !

Complete Assembly means All the gear assembly, its parts etc or only oil?
