ok, so with a sequence of what I have done so far.
as I bought the car on 16th of December, many friends were suggesting me to hold the registration till January 2019 and honestly, I was also thinking about the same.
but I had to go to out station before the new year and I wasn't comfortable with using an unregistered car with family.
so on 20th December, I got it registered.
Here I want to share that I didn't pay any one.
I did all the work my self. its pretty easy.
If any one needs any guidance regarding Islamabad registration, I am there to guide him.
I wanted registration number #15 but it was not available in the ongoing series.
15 costs 5,000 extra on top of normal registration cost.
The guy told me that i will have to wait for at least a month in order to get this number.
He offered me few other two digit numbers but I didn't like them. they were like 43, 61, 27
So I decided to opt for 990 for which I didn't have to pay extra
I went for registration at 9:30 in the morning and came back with number plates at 11:30 am
