Spano 10th Gen CIVIC and Addons

since I have switched from 9th Gen civic, and that car has a wonderful clock, I was missing clock in 10th Gen civic.

It took me a while in selection process.
the criteria for selection was on based on

1. what display shows (digital or analog) ?
2. where would it be placed/installed?
3. what about its illumination?
4. is temperature sensors a need ?
5. if yes, one temperature sensor is enough or I need two?
6. the shape of clock?
7. the color and illumination color?

after considering several designs I finalized this one

why I selected this one was

1. the Clock turns on when the Engine is turned on (iggnition)
2. I selected white color that kind of goes with the interior lighting

for its installation, I used my mobile charging socket.
I soldered the clock wires permanently to the mobile charger. and plugged it.

These are quite nice additions you have done and i was surprised that the car didn't have a clock. MashaAllah looking great as always.

Not to be negative but in the pictures the mats look like a different shade of beige than the rest of the interior, not sure if it's just the lighting or actually different though because that would irritate me lol.

It does have a clock in the infotainment system. Just like the wallpaper of your Android Phone, the clock is pretty prominent.

Yes, you are right
Shade of mats is not the same as of the interior.
but its more visible in the pictures as I tried to show mats only.
I compromised on the shade but the product I wanted it this.
I am satisfied with it

mostly, I have videos being played on the screen. and it doesn't show clock during playing of video.
I always like a dedicated clock

its about when you are used to it. you need it.

Dedicated clock is always good to have, BR-V has one in the ODO Cluster. My comment was more for the people who say k 30 lakh ki gari hai aur gharri nahi di... Di hai... Things are more integrated now a days...

The one you got looks pretty cool because of the placement. How accurate is the temperature gauge? Any difference b/w its temp and the one shown in the meter?
