you are right about integrated things.
I am a civic user.
till 2000 model civic has a dedicated digital clock
but in 2001 to 2006 models, it got missing and there is clock in the infotainment system
in 2006 to 2012 (Reborn) the clock is still in the infotainment system.
in all these years I got used to with absence of clock
but in the last 2 years, when i have kept 9th Gen. And it has a very good i-Mid display which has a full time showing clock.
that was the reason for having a full time clock in my car.
