That number plate is one confusing issue I got original plates for my cars from eto but out of 3- 1 had that code also like urs rest 2 didn't .
I have made similar plates on plastic. I think original both have the code . I think it's plates serial number.

These idiots are now installeding new camera and barriers at Islamabad entry points like the ones seen at Islamabad highway near faizabad flyover police post. These will read ur new plates and let u enter if you don't have the new plate on will be pulled over.
new plates compulsion have been lifted now. There won't be any pull over because of not having new number plate.Senate intervene in it and stopped Islamabad Excise department from doing it.
