Nothing is so satisfying as cleaning the undercarriage personally. But do remember to slightly oil the rubber parts because Meguiar's Super Degreaser really strips off a lot from where applied to.

Have you read about Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic also? I'd suggest that due to ease of availability. Rest you shouldn't be concerned about which one last 10k or more in fact, you should be looking for the one which ages much better giving better performance.

I'm using synthoil 5 40. And I change it every 15k km. I have been using this oil when the car had 4k km on the clock, now she had 76k km. I whole heartedly recommend it. Your car will run smoother and with a lot less engine noise especially at motorway speeds. Go for it.

Spano bhai I am using the last one 5w-40 in my 9th gen civic. It's an amazing oil. The car drives smoothly and is more fuel efficient and yes it's a long lasting oil. I change it at 7k and even at that the oil is still oil as it's viscosity remains unchanged. It doesn't turns into a dense liquid like a glue.
The cost is 5.2k and it's fully synthetic.

I am so much upset with the stiff suslension of my civic Gen 9. Please sugguest what could be done about this ! (And i am using Yokohama A drive ) should get the tires changed?
And @Spano go for 0W -20 ! Highly recommended personally using this 10K is the apmle the mileage.

I guess @Spano is the man when it comes to tweaking your suspension using stock but Japanese parts. But if soft suspension is what you're looking for then buy a Corolla, I.e, in case your suspension is all good yet stiff.
One more thing, for the better assimilation of noobs like me, could you describe the stiffness you're facing?

Have you driven 8th Gen? Cuz the 9th Gen Civic's suspension is known to be comparatively easier on the nerves aka "less sportier". I'd suggest swapping the springs/ coils like @Spano did not only will it give you a slight lowering effect translating into lower CoG/ lesser body roll/ better stability/ handling but also "narm ride".

Its so annoying that I feel like smacking my car!
I have reduced the tire pressure to 25 psi.
I have decided to sell it in a month or two.
Corolla is made for Pakistan thats my verdict , Civic is a nightmare in a city like Gujranwala. Thanks for showing up!

Yes I have driven 8th Gen But never noticed the stiffness due to loud music in friends car.
I have heard the suspension is way better in Gen 10.

I see. Although you will see many Civics on the roads of Gujranwala but yes a Corolla might be better suited. Nevertheless, I don't think the suspension of 9th Gen should be that bad. You have to get it checked and like I usually tell people to get the dampers and all bushes replaced if possible and it makes a world of difference.
