Can a person also test the condition of used spark plugs to check when to replace. Is there any value which one should keep as a reference as to when they need replacing.

Yes, if it's equal or more, it's good.
But if it's less, it's not good .

And in used, my current spark plugs are at 3600, 3500, 3650 ohms

There is no issue at all in the car.

There is no vibration, or starting issue or any thing.

But experience/observation has told us that when ever a spark plugs resistance drops below 4000ohm, it's fuel consumption increases and high speed power decreases.
.
If one doesn't care about fuel average and doesn't drive fast, he is good to use the spark plugs even if they are at 3500 ohm resistance.

I usually maintain my cars myself and never checked the resistance value when i cleaned my spark plugs and changed them based on fuel average and physical condition.

I don't know about its online availability.
Price will be under 2,000. I don't remember.
I think I bought it for 1000 two years back

Thank you ehtesham bhai for your guidance. I will go to 33 psi nitrogen on my next tyre pressure check.
Strange that how tyre pressure affects speed that there are different tyre pressures recommended for higher speeds. This is certainly a increase in my knowledge.
Also it is very good that you throughly checked the spark plugs before buying. Never heard of it before, but interesting to know they can be validated in other ways rather than just checking the labels, writing and design to confirm if they are authentic.
