local ustaad call it adapter and it is easily available at any spare part shop..

These ones are for the extra large size spark plugs, the ones you will buy from the spares shop wont fit your oxygen sensor.

Salam, i know its an old thread but do you think this adapter is a long term solution keeping in mind my pocket?
One of my plugs are getting oil fouled after like 4 days. The engine otherwise is in perfect health. Its a d15b Pakistani version aka PKV5 i guess.

You need new spark plug seals, they go bad real soon if installed by an un professional mechanic.
