What causes spark plugs to go bad quicker than expected because they were changed almost 6 months ago and didn't even completed 3000kms and plugs were bought from dealership also they local ones also lasting on same pace average and pick also dropped but everything came on track after Changing spark plug so provisional spark plugs responsible for vehicle's bad behavior. One important thing to note that car is running on Ideal fuel mixture and normal operating temperature when plugs were doing good.

Are the electrodes eroded away?

Then what is the mode of failure? Broken plug? Cracked ceramic? Side short?
Reduced performance, If the spark plugs replaced with new then performance comes to normal.
Thats a terrible way to diag a plug,
Check the electrode tips if they are worn off. Fake plugs usually will have tips that seem like they are literally missing.
No they aren't wornoff because tips and ground electrode in is good shape when inspected. Plugs are bought from Toyota dealership had Indus motor holographic seal on them. Sir if the plugs are not culprit then why else could be they issue for poor fuel mileage and performance.
Are these precious metal plugs?
Did someone try to clean them or gap them with metal tools?
Simple copper plugs and they are not cleaned with anything or re gaped.
