Spark plug suggestions for 98 W202 Merc

I need suggestion from experts especially Xulfiqar bhai & merc lovers, spark plugs for W202 Merc, as we know w202 starts from 1993 to 2000, but there's two engines was come in w202, from 1993 to 1996 M111.920 and 1997 to 2000 M111.921, i need to know spark plugs for both engines, in different internet forums peoples recommends "non resister" spark plugs for earlier MBs, but problem is these plugs are no longer available in market, all NGK, Bosch e.t.c now comes with resister, so plz recommend can i use platinum, iridium and 3, 4 tip resister plugs in M111.920 & M111.921.

Both engines are looks same but technically different so spark plugs shouldn't same.
97 w202 manual recommends Bosch F8 KTCR 3tip (don't know resister or non resister) which is very rare, can i use Bosch 4tip as a replacement?

you can get non resistor plugs, and recently Bosch plugs are not coming out of Germany, so that leaves you with NGK - who still are making good plugs, Unless you can find Beru or Bosch old stock parts.

@xulfiqar bhai, NGK non resister is no longer available now,factory recommends Bosch F8KTCR, for M111.921, 97-2000 models, is it non resister plugs? if not then i have wide choices, like Iridium e.t.c what do you think?

for the w202 m111 denso ik20/ik16 are both oem plugs in the m111 series engine,the earlier engines used 5heat range the later ones used 6,how ever if look at denso or ngk website at some places they recomend ik16 n at some places they recomend ik20

Thanks guys, but problem is many MB's forums recommends non resister plugs in earlier MBs strictly,these are not available easily, my benz recommended plug is Bosch F8KTCR, i don't know its resister or non, if its resister type then i can use to allow many other brands which are easily available, other wise i found Denso's simple copper plug in toyota's packing K16-u11, word "R" not in part#, so shopkeeper told me its non resister, but still i am care full abt my car.

@spectra, part# F8KTCR is older, now Bosch changed it FR8KTC, i have checked many bosch web sites they changed non res to resister & add "R" in its prt#.

I think you have not checked the links i posted or you are not able to understand them Your shop keeper is right, if your car manual says F8KTCR, that plug is resistor type and letter R signifies the same. If you want to follow some benz forum advise, then read it in full to find out which non resistor type plug exactly is used in place of F8KTCR.

@spectra, bhai i have checked that link, letter "R" is in last in prt#, & according to link its "burn off type resister", not "interference resister", boths are different type, now bosch changed all plugs in "interference type resister" for todays ignition system demand.

Beru is as replacement but still its not available here, all are multitip type plugs.

Foirst link is giving compatible options, one of them is Denso IK20 which is easily available.
