Spark Plugs 8th gen vs 9th gen Civic

Aoa pakwheelers i have a question i googled it but didnt find any appropriate info there.
I saw that there is a difference in plugs of 8th gen and 9th gen civic

8th gen has NGK IZFR6K11S
9th gen has NGK DILZKR7B11GS

As plugs play important role in fuel consumption of the car so putting 9th gen plugs in 8th gen civic is a good idea to improve fuel consumption of 8th gen ?
As both cars have same engine so may be company has tweaked little things like this to get better fuel average ?
Anyone tried this before let me know ???

Need confirmation on the spark plugs to be used in Honda Civic Rebirth. My manual that came with the car mentions SILZKR7C11S

However on the NGK Database, it states a different model.

I request the experts to please advice.
