Spark Plugs Honda City 1300 cc

Dear all, I went to an open market for buying Spark Plugs for Honda City 2011. But situation in the market is quite confusing especially in Lahore.
Few shopkeepers are selling one plug for Rs. 1100, while criticizing other for charging more than required. Some people selling for Rs. 6500 for 4 plugs. Honda service cen selling it for Rs. 8300 for 4 plugs. Really confused. Can anyone guide on following aspects:-
1. Some authentic/ genuine dealer.
2. Price for 4 spark plugs, iridium.
3. Denso vs NGK. Which one is better.
4. When to change plugs. My car has done 58000.

change it on 1 lacs km
check user manual for satisfaction

Didnt get manual from the 1st owner.
Can u share it, if you have. Plus the conditions for changing the spark plugs. Saying it cos once I was getting my engine oil change, the mechanic told me.

@muddassarqadeer you should change plugs after 100k KMs.

And why the mech fiddled with plugs during oil change? As per manual spark plug change is req at 100,000 km
