Spark plugs selection

salam,
today i bought Bosch 4-tip FR78x for my city 08 from honda house.
as there r 8 plugs so it cost me Rs.2800. So what do u ppl say is this good or some other plug is recommended ?

Salam, @jz thanks for the input.well i have checked bosch website and these are used for many internaional brands. Secondly genuine ones are single tip then how come 4-tip are bad ones ?

4tip are bad cuz the tips are made of copper n not iridiums or platinums,iridium or platinum plugs are much bettter when it comes to performance or even good fuel milage,the purpose of 4 tips is only to prevent the spark from spreading too much.do google the problems people face with these like backfiring etc...
ive personally used then n found them to b pathetic so i shifted to iridiums which are way better than 4tip plugs

u can if u want,but upgrading to thicker wires will be v v helpful in reganing the lost power

I have Honda City 2005(Manual). I want to know if changing plugs to Iridium or Platinum will increase pick and fuel economy. Which Choice is better:

1. 1 tip platinum
2. [B]1 tip iridium
3. 2 tip platinum
4. [B]2 tip iridium
5. 4 tip platinum
6. [B]4 tip iridium

bro there is no side effect if u use the correct plugs,which car do u have?i can tell the application based on the car or the engine code as every engine has a different application

denso ik20 wil perform better thn laser iridiums in terms of economy and performance
