7 heat range wil ruin ur economy,stick to 5 or 6 ,that would be better in terms of economy,u can use ngk bkr6eix11 for it.

Go for company recommended irirdium plugs DENSO IK20 or NGK IFR6J11. Beware of non recommended plugs and don't install them.

a quick question
i have a nissan pathfinder 4x4
it rained in dubai
i got a bit carried away
did some crazy stunts like speeding in 2-3 foot water
as a result my car got hickups
i dried the airfilter which got filled with water
the hickups went away
but it feels like its not getting enough power
taking more rpm to run
i guess is the water went into sparkplugs
could it be
they r difficult to remove so i wanna be sure
also check engine light is on
waiting for any expert advice or suggestion

it can be the plugs but plugs dont cause an engine check light,check sensors by connecting obd device.

For my 2012 GLi, just thinking of putting IK16 and getting them for about Rs6000 from London. Is this the right spec?

I know a lot of people here are recommending IK20 but denso website itself recommends IK16 for 2NZ-FE. I have read about the heat range and it seems that my driving style will not require excessive heat dissipation as I rarely drive at high revs. Also putting IK20, the spark plugs will find it harder to clear deposits potentially reducing the life span?
