i have a charade with engine swap.. 2e toyota corolla 1993 engine.. i was wondering if fr78x will increase acceleration??.. coz im a performance fan.. n a student so these plugs r in my budget.. plz help

These plugs are expensive about Rs.3000 set of 4pcs.

If your Sentro is CNG then Bosch FR78X are best if you can't find these then can be use Denso's K20TR-11 perform better than other plugs.

Now plugs replacement is due after 80000km, install Bosch FR78X they cost you about Rs1200 something.

Platinum or Iridium plugs are basically use for extreme engines like turbo or super charge, in normal engines they gives longer run time interval, overall these plugs perform better than stock plugs if car's engine at least DOHC, only price factor is critical, in normally usage like you mention Denso's K16RU-11 are good or want for slightly better performance Denso's K20TR-11 recommended, give you 20000km change intervel & not so much expensive.

Check engine stock plug spanner size, 21mm or 16mm? for 21mm Bosch WR78 & for 16mm use Bosch FR78X.

Iridium plugs are expensive gives you good service life Denso's IK20 recommended in others Bosch FR78X are best for ur VTi.

For Khyber CNG Bosch WR78 is best others Denso's W16EXU also perform good, call 6686139 for prices.

Bro, plugs selection is right but price is too high, you pay each plug @ Rs.250, here price of these near Rs.200 each, its better to buy platinum or bosch super 4 in that price range, a shop named "OPTIMUM" in D.H.A zamzma karachi ph:5868451 call Mr Mohsin, they have good variety of spark plugs like Autolite platinum, Bosch e.t.c.

Fr78X or FR78 boths almost same now FR78X are come, gap is preset from factory for CNG & petrol, no need to change any gap setting if you change then plug may damage or malfunction.

Honda city 05 standerd heat range is hot type, like in NGK 5, Denso's 16 Bosch's 8, 1 step colder only be recommend when you running car on CNG or LPG dry type fuel turbo or super charged & NOS type modifications only, but should be follow manufc recommendation.
