Speedometer for Khyber

Hi guys,

Been meaning to ask this for a while now but just didn't make an account

Anyways as the title suggest i've been wanting to change the speedometer of my Khyber for a while now. I've searched some threads but just couldn't find any.

Well my question is what speedometers can fit nicely in khyber? And if i want one with RPM will it work properly with khyber?

The speedometers I like and hope can fit into khyber:

1. Suzuki Liana
2. Honda Civic 2005/06 (well the one before reborn)
3. Honda Accord CL5 (The orange and white colored speedometer)

I would like some information as to where i can get this done? Whats the price range? And ofc what are your recommendations.

Guys, anyone pls i would be very interested in general price of Speedometer's of different cars and where can i get them in RWP/ISB?

And again which car's speedometer will fit easily in khyber's speedometer dimensions ?

I've heard that for switching over to Liana's meter it would cost me round about 3k? I'd a figure for 8-10k in mind

The meter is from Toyota lexus it can be fixed in most of the cars but as u can see that its too big for khyber atleast i won't go 4it, try finding out some oem for best fit. I've no idea abour liana or civic meter but u can also have a digital meter from toyota (green display) or look for swift GTi meter( it has rpm as well) from sultan k kho

wat bout this one i installed it in margalla i think it can fit in khyber without any alterations (same shape)

go for customized digital sppedometer , search old thread in pakwheels , you will find addresses from where u can build according to your requirement the digital one

Yar in my opinion the finishing on stock speedometer is great and custom mades (atleast the ones in Pakistan) can't get that finishing, so they won't look that good. But that is what i think i'll search the threads see what i find.

You can have some decent led's in stock meter but trust me oem fiting has no substitute, the one i got is bolton fit with the same grips no alterations yes i have night pics, i don't like glowing meters which is a big distraction in night driving, it has orange display n i luv it, pics attached

Did you search local spares market ? You can find the original one with an RPM some member had one in his car

Not yet, i was planning to get some info here first, besides uni does gets in the way.

no need to go retro, the foreign khyber (suzuki swift gti mk1) had an rpm meter that is bolt on in local khyber

I've seen those, they are nice and i like them. But for now my speedometer is not the priority

If this one fits then this is the best option.

You can get the Lexus one fitted with some alterations, however you might not be able to fit in the original one back again.

Another thing that can be done is to add LEDs in the back of the speedometer.
One of our friend and member here @hannan84 did this with his ex-Khyber.
