Hi Junaid nice work done.....
the face plate back-light is simple which can be done just by replacing the old neowedge bulb with bright white LEDs. The needle part is somewhat different and difficult. So far i have noticed that normally those guages which have a big hub in the centre and the needle emerges from its side have glowing neeedles like the cultus etc. Now please tell me have you changed the needles of all these cluster guages with glowing needles out from some other cluster guages or you have internally modified them.

And one suggestion from my side that after the LED modification is done try to smoke the screen as well this way the light will diffuse and will feel soothing and comfortable to look towards the cluster guage.

yes sir i change the needles according to color. and do some led work in it.
and about the smoked glass. i smoked it for every meter which i have modified. but the 2 pic are without glass to show the brightness of the glow.
