So in order to set up the front stage we made pods for the components which were to be attached to door panels. The cars existing panels were.made out of card board and weren't strong enough to support any amount of weight. New panels were fabricated using 6mm sheets. These were reinforced with glass fibre which will not only make them strong but water proof aswell. Now ill let the pictures do the talking.

The electrical support..

2 alternators..a 55 amp stock and a 90amp Mitsubishi pajero

2 lead acid batteries..65ah for running cars electricals and 4 channel amp and a 100ah dedicated for mono

0 gauge cable from alternator to battery
0 gauge for grounding

just wondering no body told u acid fume are dangerous for health ur placement for these 2 wet cell batts not good at all.Use dry batts or place them somewhere else

Ali batteries in beetles have always been inside the cabin. Did you see they're concealed properly by the amplifier plank.
I know dry cell battery should be.used in such a setup but I was faving a little budget constraints when in came to batteries. IA in near future you shall see one here.
As far as the relocation is concerned, thats not possible because theres no room in the boot or engine bay area. Until yet I didnt encounter any fumes.
Ah is ampere/hour..eg a 100Ah battery will give 100A / 1hour continuously or 50A /2hour or 200amp/30mins. Get the point?. Well actually 100A battery means it will give 100A/h. I hope I have clarified it for you.
