Spotted: Chicago undercover police cars

Today, I'm not sure why, but i saw a lot of police cars around Chicago. I was getting my Crown Vic (EX-Police Car) washed and as i was leaving i saw this line of undercover police cars parked in the middle of the road. Not sure why.

Well bro get some series act there are following reason of the undercover cop cars parked on middle of road
1. May be cars are out of gas and the officer or driver gone to take gas from gas station in oil can or etc.
2. May be officer or driver stops there cars here and gone to somewhere for investigation or for to eat food or have to meet someone.
3. May be they stolen and parked by theft here
4. May be cars stop some problem in engine.
! Well bro here in Quetta, Pakistan i have seen lots of time Cops and Intelligence Cars/Suv's are roaming here and there and also parked in markets and many places.

dude, last week, i was leaving school and i saw a drivers ed car goin down the street and i sped up behind him and he pulled over to the side of the road, and i parked behind him for a while to build suspense, then took off
