Nah it's not in pakistan as yet. This guy imported it from Japan. Yeah it's Toyota's. First it was just in Japan, but then they took their xA, xB above shown models to the US in 2003. They came out with the tC at the end of 2003. These cars are aimed at teenagers because of the features included awesome bose sound system standard and the price it came for.

it is called Scion xB in USA and Toyota bB in Japan!.....there is one in lahore also....belonging to my friend!
