Thought to share my experience with EP70 which i bought in year 2010. I am the second owner of this car which was imported back in 1987 from japan directly.
The original millage of the car is about 230,000 kms, with whole car still on original paint and rest pics speak the truth.
Later on ac i use the car on AC so changed the engine back in 2011 dec or 2012.... from 1E original engine to 4efe 1.3 twin cam to have some descent power and fun while being economical...
Got the car inter cleaned in year 2013 September and surprised to see the floor with no rust traces just like in engine bay
From time to time i thought to sell it as i am working outstation and not in karachi so posted so many add at pakwheels but i guess this little buddy doesn't want to go and stay with me so 
2 months before just installed a branded mugen exhaust
