Last Friday night, we went again to the desert for galaxy shots and time lapse.
But this time weather was not on our side. It was hazy since morning and visibility was poor. And it was prediction of scattered clouds during night and showers in the morning.
Since, the plan was there and preparations were done so we decided to give it a try against all odds.
This time we left home around 11 p.m. to reach the desert area at the time of rise of galaxy's central main part.
We reached Al Salmi desert around 12:30 a.m.
The weather was cloudy and hazy and tonight's visibility was very poor as compared to our first session.
Anyhow, we set up the camera equipment and decided to wait till 3-4 a.m. to try our luck.
We got only a short window of around 5 min when whole galaxy band was visible and rest of the time was only wait game.
