well ch_kk it will cost u between 15-20 thousand with gearbox. and if u have to give ur engine then u have to pay less.
i also have a EP70. it had a 1e engine. i have 2e with 5 speed gear box. its running gr8. plz post some pics of ur car .u can see my one here....

if u want the 4e-fte there are a bunch of em beeing imp in karachi by a friend.... u want it contact me..... n BTW the block n internals of a factory tuned engine are much stronger then the a-ge as they are forged....better to install the 4e-fte in it reduce some weight get some trim done give it some shots ur EP would fly

He's a real character, one post he's got VAFC mapping problems and the other has a CNG Civic with a MIL indicaing a CPS malfunction.

O god now u think tht was a prank or summin.......n this forged did not mean to be FORGED it was used as a substitute for stronger pistons.....as far as the VAFC-II there aint any problems I was just wanted to know some other better settings if any body has some..... n thx for your appreciation okz i never had any issue of the import tuner....

4A series engines better the 4E. Go for a 4A-FE if its street racing u want. with slight modification u can beat 90% of the cars out there. Better than that is a 4A-GE 20V. stock 4A-GE 20V would be the same as modified 4A-FE. Best should be 4A-GZE modified. Ive heard of modified 4A-GZE making in excess of 220HP. Think of that in a car such as the starlet! Lets not get carried away. Practicality suggests a 4A-FE good fuel consumption, good for scaring guys in VTi and Gli (older) and SE Saloons. do NOT go for a bigger displacement engine. Without sport suspension the car will understeer big time.

the GZE is scary as hell i've heard it roar n man it does sound mad the supercharger...yes an upgrade pulley mild cams...fueling and tuning takes it beyong 200.....n it does look sweet in a 82 corolla... how about the four throttle in the 82...i donno exactly abt the details of this engine but have heard about it

GZE is hell iron block which can handle around 18psi easily. 4efe is a pretty easy and cheap swap thats y i recommend to go for it.

i would use a 4efte stock it has 130 hp at 7 psi stock and they come with a c52 trans some are equiped with a limited slip trans from a starlet gt or a ep82or 92 buy a fcd and pump the boost to 12psi and you will eat 20v corrollas for lunch i have

Bro.. dono if you hav gone thru with the swap or not.. but i myself roll a GTTI on 4EFTE with a Bigger Turbo n HKS FCD, Walbro fuel Pump n fuel rails & Aerosport FPR & some other secret mods :P...
lemme tell u sumthing, 4EFTE has a potential upto easy 280 Hp.

Thanks for the showing your concern, but if you check the post date of this topic then you will notice that its an old post ...

Now 4EFTE engines are avaliable in the market ... when i start searching for it ... there was not a single engine avaliable in the market ... I had imported one from Japan, and swapped it sucessfully ... then i starts facing clutch problem, so i put TRD 3 PUCK Clutch along with pressure plate ... Denso Iradium plugs ... 2.5" exhaust pipe ... 15" RIM ... bla bla ...

Now at this point of time ... i fedup with the racing hobby ... and nearly want to sell the car ...

What price you can arrange one engine ... do you live in peshawar?
