i think u cant replace remote . u need to buy whole security system
didnt u got two sets of remote? use the extra one
your remote can be fixed......they don't give a new one they will use any old remote available with them and its configuration or frequency will be changed in order to make it run on your system
there is a guy in babu mohala saddar/rwpi forgot shop name.but it wont be hard to find out for sure
Remote can be changed in Security system. Just get spare remote and get it learned with Security controller.
