Wrap it with a Carbon Fiber sheet. It will look good, neat and clean aswell.

Try using car polish or interior trim spray . Also you can try home remedy of applying a little bit of vasellene and keep it applied for a day clean it the next day and apply again keep it for another day and hopefully scratches won't be visible
