U finally decided to buy the Steermatic over the Lancer , congrats. Stone silver seems to be a popular colour!
And ur lucky u got it for tht price.
Should hav been 984k from the beginning , im actually kind of pi**ed of , as some other Steermatic owners must be.
Wanted to sell it and buy a Civic. ( Damn Oriel Prosmatec takes 5 months now!!)

Same thing hapnd with Lancer , a guy buys a car for 12lak , next thing he knws its worth 10lak19k brand new. Its a bad feeling.

@doc yeah couldn't resist it. Man its an awsome ride and I am being very gentle with it atleast till its done 1000kms. I never drove an auto trans before so am really enjoying it. Didn't try that Steermatic option yet but am sure it will be another thing to cheer about.
Installed fog lights from Al-sheikh in F-10 for Rs. 5500, just need to adjust their height. that I will do today.
If you could tell me is there a coin holder in it somewhere?

I have tested fixing coins there, it works fine with all coins from 1 rupee to 5 rupee. I think this place is meant for coins cause i couldn't figure out any other purpose for these cuts to be there.

Dear fans one advice about coins, never place them in your car anywhere to be seen from outside, or someone may break your window to get them. Keep them at some hidden place.

I have a coin holder near steering in my Corolla, but never leave coins there when you leave/park the car.

Hi guys,

I'm serioulsy thinking of buying Steermatic especially after the Rs.57,000 rebate Honda is offering. Which means the car is now for Rs.977,500. Can the Steermatic owners please tell me about it's drive and especially accelaration. I used to have a 2005 Vario which I sold last year after putting 34,000KM on it. I loved the drive and everything about the car except for the acceleration which sometimes used to make me feel as if I was pulling a huge load. I believe the brakes and drive would be same as Vario as it has the same suspension and breaking system. How is the fuel consumption? I have a Civic Oriel Prosmatic 2004. Is it advisable to sell it for a Steermatic?
