Without using Contacts how to make a license for bike and car lemme clear first ov all learner banwao dono ka 2 id card copies nd 70 70 rupees stamps on it and from kacheri bought a form A and A fill form A and tha form C is attested from a senior goverment doctor attach one pic on tha form C (space available on form) and stamp it from tha doc attach ur learner license two copies ov id card and 2 photos passport size with form a after that patch stamps of rupees 950 with form A and after 4 weeks from tha date of issuance ov learner go to gaddafi stadium for test they will ask u two or three question and a test drive like drive forward reverse thaz all Test Days are mention on learner lisenceremember paisay day k jo lisence banwatay hain i mean without test us ka usually Backup traffic licensing authorities k computer mai nai hota

it's very easy but officer who ask u signal behave like he's talking to his servant...when i was there 80% people got failed..in the test
