You can visit Marble market in I 10 near SNGPL Office or marble market in Westerage.
Me also interested in using uPVC for certain doors and cabinets
Have little research on UPVC. Aluminium is naturally occurring material so strength and durability is high as compared to synthetic UPVC material (my own opinion). Have observed UPVC mostly in commercial projects. Kindly share your working as well once you gather root info. Thanks.
Refer to below guidelines. Being taken from Nayatel website. Might be helpful for peoples at planning/ construction stage.
Consider below other than electrical/communication system wiring explained in above threads.

@tajammal84 what type of Bajri should be used in construction for DPC and Lintel? there are differences sizes and price range available in market
DearI dont remember size exactly right now. However, its quite a common thing and contractors/ suppliers have this knowledge. Dont worry about it. You just tell them about requirement, they will provide as per intended purpose use.
For lanter mostly 3 sooter bajri is used. For DPC mostly 2 sooter is used.
Thanks, the is quite a lot variety available in cush, from 57/sq ft. for normal mix stone to 82/sq ft. for plant black stone. any idea about the differences?
Mostly people use Black plant crushed in plazas and for residential mostly White is used. This is what I discussed with people at the time of my construction.
Please share the pictures of main sliding iron gates along with their per sqft or total cost whichever is available.
@tajammal84 what of the following a better way to have waterproofing at DPC:
Option 2 seems more attractive amongst all.
@tajammal84 what you think of termite control piping where pipes are installed under the floor and pesticide is injected from one end under pressure. should we install it instead of spray treatment?
@mani43 This method is not practical as per my experience. Spray method after regular intervals would be more beneficial.
i am reading your page for the last 3-4 days, its a wonderful page to gain technical knowledge, please help me out to decide about marble, tiles, granite for my house. please provide me comparative guideline about it

Slabs also explained in below
Bro what is the cost for construction without material per sqft?
@tajammal84 - bro need advice. I am getting the plumbing work done and while fixing the bidet, the plumber found out the p trap broken. Now the problem is that all the tile and granite slabs are done. The plumber says it can be fixed by putting cement on the broken part. Will this be enough to avoid seepage?
No sir.I would recommend to get it replaced. Cement cant stop the seepage.
If you want to give it a chance you can try.
@rajaahmedhafeez51DearIts varies from place to place. You can consider avg as 280 -300 RS per Sq ft.
