Sharing my research of Aluminum:
In aluminum market there are huge number of variables that affect the price of product and customer not being made aware of all the possible variations, mostly get looted.
There is thickness of aluminum, quality of powder coating, horizontal and vertical width of aluminum panel, grooving, fittings including rubbers joint sealants, chicken wire aka jali, locks, handles.
It is very difficult to ensure that you are getting items which you have paid for.
Get rates from a number of aluminum dealers and a couple large companies and contractors. Remember, if a company or a large scale contractor is giving you a rate of Rs.480 per sq ft, a local guy can have a legitimate rate of Rs.460 or 450 per sq ft, but if he is quoting you Rs.400 or anything around it then he has some compromises for your product up his sleeve.
One most important thing-----
Always get per sq ft rate of actual measurement. Do net get looted by a low rate quoted at standard measurement.
It means if per sq ft rate is Rs.480 and your measurement is 5 ft 1 inch, on standard measurement you will be charged for 6 whole ft, not proportionate rate for 5 ft 1 inch.
