I am afraid my map will not help as mine is a 13.3 marla plot and I have made it purely for our own family, having 6 rooms and an office. When you are here and goto Bahria for map, they will show you dozens of layouts you can choose from.

Termite channels.

Please follow following steps;
1- Displace the luggage and clear the area fully. Try not to disturb the termite channels otherwise termite worms can be spread in remaining areas and posing and increase in termite rate.
2- Buy Bio-Flex medicine and Turpentine Oil 3 to 5 Liters
3- Mix medicine and oil in small bottle of professional sprayer, spray the medicine on channels. During that activity keep family members away
4- After an hour, remove channels with help of scrapper, clean all areas and especially pour medicine with help of injection in that area/wall/floor from where channel started growing.

After above, you might need to repeat same after 2 or 3 months to be on safer side.

Further more, if roof supports are of wood (wood baallaa as per my judgement after seeing the picture), please check it thoroughly for termite presence or 1 day whole roof can be collapse resulting in personal injury.

Agreed with Waqas w.r.t sharing the map. House layout is not an confidential document at all. All are requested to share for well being of other if its not a bog issue. Thanks for sharing your ones Waqas.

agreed with you bro.
can anyone shear 10 marla plan (35x70). having 2 bedrooms in ground-floor with a store option & 3 bedrooms on first floor with store. kitchen drawing dining are obviously there.
planning to leave 2 marla as a lawn & for garage.

Thanks a lot for sharing. I’m making for my self too but only like when ever I come to visit Pakistan. That’s why I need two separate portions. Is there anyway you know someone who can gv u maps to share

Can the basement be widened to almost half of the house covered area to accommodate 20 ft x 20 ft swimming pool with a depth of 5 ft.

What are the cons of having a swimming pool in basement. Provided the structure is reinforced accordingly and cost is considered.

You can have the pool in basement subject to structure engineer recommendations and good seepage free design,

Bro what are the reviews about Sika Sea 107?

As with many basements, out basement has a bit of floor moisture and before we fix marbles, someone has recommended us a water tight and water proof layer of chemical on floor. On research i came to know about ths sika seal 107.

How effective are these chemicals in protecting marble or floor and can you recommend any other chemical which might be useful

Dear Sarmad,
If moisture is sourceless then ideally aftr some time it shall be automatically dried. If not then it means floor is getting moisture from somewhere. If u dont remove source of moisture then any sort of chemical application will not work.

Chemicals are good for water proofing purpose until you don't have an internal leakage source. Have heard abt this chemical for water proofing. Also pay attention to basement outer walls covering with 0 No chips, coating with bituflex on outer side along with polythene wrapping with wall surface.

Wall are dpne properly with chips bituflex and shert.

We have left 2 ft deep pit in the center of vasement and whenever it rains dogs and cats it starts to fill up withh water.

As of now only suspect of source is rain chappr some 100 feet away. And it gets filled with every rain

Seems not a gd situation.

In this scenario which u r sharing i don't believe chemical method will work as this is internal leakage.These leakages even comes out of chips floor , chemical is little thing.

Just go for automatic drain mechanism of pit with 20% retaining level via an float switch.
