Vinyl flooring demands care and not designed for rough and tough use. Ultimate and long lasting material is granite tiles or granite marble.

Fiber doors and windows are now days IN in the market. But for out door applications where interior is not important, you can go for wooden looks plastic doors, its better option. Fiber based doors/windows are costly option.

Electrical Works Basics-GENERAL Guidelines
Electrical work of any house starts from the day when you are going to have 1st Roof of home.
-Advise electrician to send independent 1" pipe to Room and AC from Distribution Board. I.e. separate pipe for AC and Separate Pipe for Room Main Wiring.
-From Meter (outside home) to Distribution Board of Home OR DB of home, lay 2" pipe and use 7/64 single core cable in that. Lay 4 cables in that pipe. You can have 2 single phase meters on that. If you have intention of 2 three phase meters then lay 6 cables of 7/64.
-Use good quality pipe in roof, you can go for KLASS Pipes, fan boxes. They are super best in quality. Link is Klass Electric Pakistan
-Always use Plastic Boxes for electrical board fittings. They are reliable and are corrosion free. You can go for KLASS boxes.KLASS BOXES
-DB size for 5 Marla house is 12 inch by 18 inch
-DB size for 10 Marla or 1 Canal is 18 inch by 24 inch.
-These sizes will keep you away from danger of short circuiting
-Keep provision of CCTV Points before plaster
-Keep provision of 2.1 or 5.1 underground audio system in your TV lounge before plaster
-You can use Pakistan Cable or New Age Cable in your wiring. Both have equal standard.
-If you can not afford above 2 brands then you can go for English Cables.
-In Switches, simply go for KLASS Switches KLASS Switches (Medium End) OR TJ Switches TJ SWITCHES (as Higher End). Both are very good in Quality.
-Always plan of light interior points and wall lights before plaster.
-Always send separate 7RG TV Cable and Separate 2 Pair Pakistan Communication Cable from Main Hub to All Rooms. You will get good quality of pictures and phone by that way.
-Use ELCB in your DB.
-Provide separate breakers fro Rom and AC.

Yesterday I visited different shops in Islamabad to ask price of granite tiles. Below were the quoted rates:

1- Sonex tiles = PKR 850 per SqM i.e 10.76 sqft
2- Korean tiles = PKR 1150 per SqM
3- Chinese tile = PKR 1550 per SqM

Pasting Material Shabbir = PKR 290 per bag. 1 bag to be used for 2.5 SqM tiles
Some local brand which the shopkeeper claimed to be partner of a German company = PKR 195 per bag

Underground audio system mean 2.1 or 5.1 or 7.1 sound system wires connecting with base or woofer via an conduit. It means wires of speakers connecting with woofer will not be visible.have a look on pics

Dear brother, didnt you check Irani tiles which looks stunning, Irani tiles are competitively nicer than Pakistani Tiles, this is what one of my fellow told me as he has been in the tiles installation field foe quite sometime,

As for bond, make sure you are going to get the Original Shabbir bond stile otherwise if there is any confusion you should go for Extreme Bond,

And if you are going for tiles filling, ULTRA has been the best so far personal recommend you, and it is even cheaper than others, 2000 rupess for one bag and one blue bag contains 20 packets of 1 KG each

You are morethan w.come my friend, i suggested you on my personal experience bcoz what i had seen was very creamy finish of Irani tiles and rhey were embarking on local and even chinese ones,

I am in Field of construction so i got some experience

Guys I am doing some modifications in my home on upper floor.
I am making a room big by 2 feet, breaking a wall and pushing it back for 2 feet. It was wall on lower before.
Now a person is saying that it can be done by putting some kind of beam at the bottom and top of the wall.
Please guide.

As far as my knowledge beam is very tricky thing which needs to be utilized with very sharp mind,

The person is saying true but only he doesnt know where to place it.

As far as i have leart from my Boss who went to Europe in 1969 for Engineering and has retired as MD Wasa, The beam you should use while filling the lanter, because when you will do so, it will not only lift the weight of itself but also would be supporting to under roof,

But your case has changed so i think you should go with his advice and if you are not interested ten you can go without beam as well, no issues whatsoever Inshallah because even if you go for beam the overall weight will be still on under roof and even the weight will be more after adding beam.

Rest choice is yours.

Use fall ceiling at upper portion.

Use insulated tiles at roof

Go for good sanitary work and do pressure testing b4 plaster.
