thanks for brief advice and guidance, I already hired a local contractor, but only for structure , flooring and plaster,,, please enlighten me for following

1. someone advised me for half inch thick marable palcement after DPC instead of Charcoal and polythene. what is your take on that?

2. how much hight will be fine on solid ground and brick walls, (without column and beam method ) my desire is 12 ft. ???

3. what is concealed pipes pipe mean ?

4. sanitary mean only bathroom fitting or including underwall pipe which one is best .?

5. which wiring cable economical and best

1. You want to place Marble pieces on the DPC before starting regular bricks wall?

2. You can go even morethan 12' but i would suggest you dont go with 4-1/2" wall at least 9" to be used to enhance the durability of home.

3. Concealed Pipe stands for underground and within the walls PPRC pipes, If you are going to use both hot and cold water pipes then extra be carefull because low quality pipes and fitting may start leaking if the very hot water is going through the lines especially in joints and LBOs.

4. It comes for everything i would suggest you to use U-Plast which is totally turkish imported pipes and fittings and we are using for quite some time and result is quite outstanding.

5. If you are with good budget then must go for Pakistan Cables if not, then, Copper Gat cable have found far more superior than our known local brands in terms of quality. But you will not get in the local market, only company will deliver.

I think placing marble on dpc (instead of tarcoal and plasticsheet) before starting brick work is not recomended as it has no elasticity at all and can be break/crack within no time. And if crack/space once developed water will definately travel thru it.
I hvent experienced it yet but commenting on the basis of marble fragility.

Yes I wished to know about water proofing after DPC but now i applied a soultion called batuiman coating sheet . I bought 50ft roll &@2100 par roll. Total 400 ft.

Also how to make separate water connections for upper & lower portion of the house. For example, in case you want to rent out upper portion, then how to make sure that water pumps of both portions operate on separate electricity meters? Do I have to go for separate boring?

One more question; do you recommend using solar geasers?

W.r.t size i cant guide u as it varied from place to place.

Only lifting motors(from underground water tank to overhead tanks) can be separate. Keep provision w.r.t electric supply from ground and 1st floor separately, when you will provide the electric supply to 1st portion separately pumps will be automatically separated, you can take guidance from your electrician too.

No only 1 pump will be installed at bore hole . 2 cant. However bill can be shared in this case.

Solar greasers not recommended coz;
-High capital cost
-Pressure pump mandatory
-Low efficiency in ISB especially in winters

Pls refer to earlier threads details. Tiles n marble discussed in detailed earlier.

Go for master matt tiles for bath. Its economical and beautiful too.

If not porta then at least minimum go for master or sonex otherwise u will be in shops for handling warranty issues.

Aluminum cost u can get via 3 or 4 quotations.

Steel brand depend upon in which area u are. MUGHAL PAKISTAN ITTEHAD AMRELI all are gd brands.

Thanks @tajammal84 bhai. Is it necessary to have an underground water tank? What if I go for only rooftop tank. I don't like underground tanks because I feel they are unhygienic & home of many pests, worms & dirty creatures.

Requirement varies from area to area. In isb/pindi they are must, in punjab side they are not part of house as water available in abundance.

You however can also keep super tuff tank in underground too after constructing walls.
