I heard basement costs alot. Is it true?

Depends upon size of basement but generally basement cost is 20-30% of total construction cost.

Inshaa Allah am going to start work in this week
First step is boring then next but I am little bit confused that some people say use plastic pipes and some saying use iron
Bore size is 7 inches and depth is 350 feet
There is almost 30 to 40k difference between plastic and iron pipes I think

I was thinking to put grohee fittings on first floor. The issue with grohee is that it doesnt work without a pressure pump. What alternative do i have considering that i dont want to use spindle options?
Will i have an issue even in the hand shower system on first flower if i select grohee?
I heard there are small motors now for each individual washroom, anyone with further knowledge?
What if i want to avoid using pressure pump altogether and go with lever options on all fittings? Any other recognised brand?
Also, someone told me that if you make the water pipe go down from the overhead water tank to ground floor and bring it back up to first floor, it will create the pressure required for grohee to work. how true is that? will

Dear
Without pressure pump, grohe sensor based fitting will not work as it operates minimum on 1 bar sensing pressure,without sensor it will give u flow but it will be depressing when u will not get desired flow as per ur expectation.

Yes small motors available you can deploy on individual washroom inlet with bypass option. In this case motor can install inside ceiling or at roof if supply line is dedicated.

If not grohe you can go with PORTA lever based fittings on 1st floors. It will run normal without pressure pump subject to you have used 40mm n 32mm pipe from tank till b4 fitting. B4 fitting almost 1 ft b4 32mm pipe gets changed to 25mm as fittings r designed as per 25mm size.

Lolz w.r.t last paragraph. Its not possible as when pipe will come up forward head will be balanced by -ve head so its not the case n grohe will not work on it.

Asslam o Alekium Dear Shoaib bhai, pls dont go for Iron Pipe, the Iron pipes could start Necrosis and will cause rust as well, therefore you are advised to use PVC pipes but has to be good quality
