Thanks for sharing the prices I wonder if they are same in 2019 dec. Also Tajammal bhai what is the best way to plan a triangular kitchen and same shape bathroom ? any insights from experience ?

Not at all bro. There have been a sharp spike in construction material. Expect at least 30% more outflow. If you are in Islamabad and cant find your desired marble on any shop around marble road near west ridge, then your best bet is to look for it in factories located in I9 and I10 industrial area. They have some pretty impressive stuff. Mind you they do charge premium for the materials and designs they have.

Flooring for House - Around 4K Sq Ft
I gave up on the idea of using marble given the fact that all good patterns come in imported marbles which cost alot. The one's in 100-200 psqft range are not even white rather very busy looking marbles. So now am considering tiles but am confused which ones to use. Its for my house and I do not want to use the ones with weak layer at the top which might get removed over time so I will appreciate any guidance on this one.

Also if anyone could give me an idea of good tiles and their pricing I will really appreciate that. Some friends suggested Master Tiles but given the lack of experience I am unable to decide.

Kitchen Cabinets
I really loved the modular kitchens with handless options and those awesome smooth hinges from Blum but kitchen companies prices are like 3 Lac ++ . I have an L shaped shelve total 30 Ft in length and am looking to get kitchen cabinets built with some materia which is scratch proof, water proof and looks neat and nice. I will really appreciate if anyone could share their experience on this subject as well. Any recommendations will be highly appreciated

W.r.t tiles, Master granite tiles are not bad if 2 bt 2 ft size is selected. Its matter of your likeness w.r.t imported tiles selection, they are gd too, only prob is if imported tile becomes short, u r nt going to get same shade again. Price range will be from 1600 to 2400 Rd per sq meters.

W.r.t kitchen, v wide variety of materials is available, u 1st need to chalk out your requirements, visit market see materials, then decide. For an above avg looks, local UV sheets of Alnoor 4500 rs will be enough, for top of line option, imported UV sheets ranges from 7500 to 13000 pkr. So u need to clear ur self 1st

As regard tiles & marble, I would suggest you to not even think about marble, you are supposed to be going for tiles only, In my personal chinese tiles are much better than our local brands master sonex pakistan, the shining, shinging life, hardness, they provide is much creamy so i would suggest you to go for imported ones but for future occurance isses i would suggest you to buy 5-7% extra tiles and reserve in your store.

As for kitchen i would second @tajammal84 bhai, Once you make your mind you can get back to us for further assistance.

Qurban bro can you please recommend me any place or pricing range for good chinese tiles. I did visit "Abu Yousuf" store but they are like 8K per meter which is kinda expensive. All I want is a light colored tile preferably the one that come in full body color instead of the top thin color layer only.
