We need to scrap/demolish a temporary store structure that was built in backside of house. It is constructed with 3 concrete beams with slabs placed on top.

Yes, provide them basic layout and their design department will create proper map. or you can ask them to show existing maps so you can chose. You can also visit for sale houses and if you like anyone you can ask them to show map of that house. Just sharing my experience.

Room door requires usually 3.7 ft space to operate freely. Windows are usually sliding or can be fixed as per space.
Better to share sketch and explain a bit more.

Its a single story.

Recommend some economical power cable brand for home wiring. Electrition suggested English cables full guage. Some recommend GM some Pak Muzaffar cables. Pakistan cables are expensive

Appreciated, i am thinking of reducing it to 3" so would you be able to advise its cons apart from aesthetics? I understand that door handle may hit the wall but this can be averted.
