I'm looking to renovate one of the bathrooms in my home. I want recommendation on sanitary fittings of good quality but not too expensive. And specially recommendations for sanitary wares set of good quality.

Another thing, I'm looking to replace the bath tub, current one is small in size and I'm thinking to install either full sized one or a walk-in shower. Can anyone guide the price difference between the two and which company to go for and what's more practical in your opinion? And will I need to do tiling work again or it can be installed without damaging existing tile work? Bathroom is on ground floor.

Sir, I'm no expert but I suggest visiting sanitary ware shops in your area. You can check out the styles and brands and buy something in between high price and low price. As for tub, it's not really a good option in our country. I would suggest a walk in shower arrangement. Tile work usually needs to be redone completely as if the floor tiles are disturbed then wall tiles become loose and need to be redone. I would suggest talking to a 'mistry' or sanitary ware shop salesmen and get their opinion too.

Im sharing a photo with you guys. Im facing this issue on multiple walls of my house. This particular picture is of my wardrobe. Behind this wall is my washroom and no water supply point is there behind this wall.
This issue is called Efflorescence. Yoh guidance is required how to treat it.
I once scrapped all the cement plaster, applied some chemical ( recommended by someone ) and the issue was resolved for some time. From the treated wall, the salt is not coming out but green water marks are emerging.
One of a senior mason recommended to scrap all the cemnet of the effected wall and do the cement plaster work again..

I suggest, before fixing the tiles, one should take the photographs from the market of available tiles or download the textures of the selected tiles from the manufacturer's online catalogue and try different patterns to apply them in 3D view.
It will give you a better idea of what your bathroom would look before the purchases.

Thanks ! I have the idea of what i want and what will it look like, i dont have a good fixer and dont want to get from market as it led to complete wastage of my one washroom.
