Yes. You have given ample space to each portion to have good dimensions in limited space. Red lines shows windows and green line for powder room.. but can we move kitchen to bed room area so as to keep an eye on outside and second reason is Qibla directions as in current position in bedroom position of bed will be like this that legs will always be pointed towards Qibla all the time

The sketch was to confirm the spaces for each room, that's why windows were not present. Shifting kitchen towards stairs will block the entrance to the kitchen and have nothing concerned with the view towards the main gate in this set up of the plan unless the stairs have a landing at about 4 to 5 feet.
The stairs in this plan have winders instead of the stair landing.
Powder room position is the place where the word "PDR" has mentioned in the sketch.
Bedroom's furniture set up will be the way it mentioned in the sketch where B is for bed, C for Chair and M for media.
A sliding glassdoor will bisect the closet and the bathroom to manage the space of the bathroom.

I am back with the ground floor plan, as you suggested. Stairs are now 3 1/2' wide and riser height is 6''. The powder room is underneath the stairs with the garage wall as combined. Door sizes, for the garage 10' wide 6' high, for the main entrance door 4 1/2'' wide 7' high, for the entrance to the living room 3 1/2' wide and 7' high, for the bedroom 3' wide 7' high, both the kitchen doors and a door to the drawing-room from the garage 2 1/2' wide 7' high, for both the bathrooms 2 1/4'' wide 7' high. Lastly the sliding glass doors, one between the drawing-room and living room 9' wide 7' high, the other between the closet and the bathroom 4' wide and 7' high.
Windows, for the drawing-room and the bedroom size, is 6'x6' at the elevation of 1' from the finished floor. Both bathroom windows are 2' wide 1 1/2' high and their bottom 66'' from the finished floor. The kitchen window is 2' wide 4 1/4' high at the elevation of 34'' from the finished floor.

I have outlined everything to your choice. There is no other option left to make your drawing room as a living room because the space outside the kitchen is hardly enough for a dining set.
You have to adjust the first-floor plan. Please redefine your layout accordingly.

All is very good... Why can't we extend kitchen wall toward outer wall marked by blue line there by giving more space. Also can have open kitchen to give living /dining room a spacious feel?. Although having open kitchen mean whole living room is at risk of kitchen smell and greasy dirt/ kitchen debri.. Also do we need to have small gate at entrance along with Main steel gate

Can we keep terrace here outside room next to stairs marked by red line.. Also blue line on both front and back means that we will have 1 1/2 or 2 feet roof edge protected by iron grill

Almost 10' long kitchen is large enough for such a compact place. Extending the kitchen wall towards the boundary wall will reduce the size of the laundry.
The drawing room and the dining room does not feel stuffy unless you wish for a segregated TV room. So, no need to try the open kitchen idea. Open kitchens always look good when there is an isolated cooking place adjoining the kitchen.
Besides the main drive-through gate, a wicket gate might be added either built-in or separate. Inform me what you like the most.
I think you want to have a room over the covered garage and looking to use some of its space like a balcony?
Are you suggesting balconies at the front and one at the backside on the first floor with the bedrooms?

I am suggesting balcony over front. And closed kitchen is good. Built in small gate in main gate is good option

You can use some of the portions of the covered terrace as a balcony.
If you want to make a balcony towards the main road for the room above the drawing-room, your layout plan for the first floor is not complete yet. Position of the bathroom for that room will decide the way forward for the front elevation of the building.
