I think it is best adjustment. Can we increase stair width to 3'6''. And how can we decrease step height to 6 inches. 7 1/2" step will not be good option. What is your experiences and suggestion. Do we need to adjust bed room space..

To decrease the riser height, we need to increase the steps. If the steps increase in number, it will disarrange the landing on the first floor, especially the door to the terrace.
By adding 3 inches in width of the steps will benefit less than the benefit of 6 inches increase in the length of the property.

I totally agree with u regarding non square type stairs. How can we adjust room size to get more space for stairs or can we move stairs outside in porch to give total separate entry to first floor​

Now, if you have made your mind to take some space from the bedroom for the stairs, I would suggest widening the stairs to 4 feet wide. 39'' or 42'' won't make a big difference.
Shifting the stairs out of enclosed reach of ground floor residents looks inconvenient and on the other hand, is a security risk that is my suggestion.
There is no end to ideas. Everything can be made inline and adequate with mutually acceptable adjustments.
Your suggested place for the first-floor kitchen & bath is out of the ventilation.
You have not placed a bath with the room behind the stairs on the first floor.
You have misaligned the partition wall on the first floor from the wall bisecting kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor. Both the walls should have been at the same place on both floor plans. You have to support the misaligned section with a horizontal beam underside the ceiling of the ground floor if you stick with this floor-plan. I do not recommend to have an extra jutted out beams with 10' ceiling height already on a lower side.

Kitchen appears good. First floor kitchen and bedroom bath share sky window on roof for natural light and air ventilation. I agree with you regarding indoor placed stairs to avoid security hazard

Sky window concept is only recommend if your requirement is stand alon light source.
You will regret once you tried to get ventilation from sky windows in rainy seasons.
Reconsider the bit of my advice.

Yes u are right regarding sky window.. mostly they use tempered glass to have good light.. but how ventilation will be managed and how one can manage them in monsoon or during? Absolutely I have no clue
