It's just based on experience. Good builders usually go for Master PPRC Pipes(local choice) or Jakko (Turkish-Imported choice). Use of any product will tell about it's quality after 4 or 5 years, and so far even after 12 years no compliant at all in Master or Jakko. Where as other local brands failed test in terms of integrity/ functionality. It's been a long didn't used Admajee or Popular or any other local PPRC pipes and respective fittings. So might be now they have improved the quality, but why to test over investment of 1.5 to 2 Corores, better to avoid experiment as sanitary is backbone of home.
W.r.t believing on shopkeeper or distributor, always remember 1 rule, every sale person will market the product he has with true letter and spirit. So you need to keep away your self form marketing/sales persons as whatever product they are selling , they get commission on that.You decide by your self based on customer feedback what you want to buy.
Last answer to your query is also given as under as an example;
You can use Azmat/GM Cables, both will look same in quality as you wont be able to differentiate. But after 4 or 5 Years or in case of excessive load, you will practically know the difference between GM/Azmat Cables and Pakistan cables. Same goes for Adamjee/Popular Vs Master/Jakko.
