sir due to financial constraint, is it feasible to construct only ground portion at initial phase. 10 marla plot.

Shift and live for some time... And then build upper portion later.

Any specific things to keep in mind regarding structure for this.

Want to save costs for now.

because if we build upper structure later it will cause lots of issues, like seepage, workers coming in house etc

Guys,

Water pipes within the walls supplying water to washrooms leaked over time and were disconnected and new pipes were put in place outside the walls.

Issue that i am facing is that water becomes extremely cold in winters and extremely hot in summers due to exposure to the atmosphere, sun etc.

Is there any solution to this issue like insulating them with something or anything else?

Just insulate after enclosing pipes in a conduit or pipe rack. Issue shall be resolved then.

In my opinion....build the grey structure completely in one go...finishing should always come from top to bottom...so finish the top floor first then come down as per your requirements and budget feasibility...
