And as you all saw a while back my recent Purchase of the Pioneer W12PRS Subs in a sealed enclosure, The Phoenix Gold Xenon 200.4 amplifier, these coupled up with the Pioneer DVH-6050DVD Headunit and the Pioneer DEQ-P6600 DSP Equalizer to make for a nice SQ build.

And Now to Compliment the Setup, I give you all…..My latest Purchase….The French Kiss itself….

<o:smarttagtype namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" images="" smilies="" smiley-surprised.gif="" border="0" alt="" title="Surprised" smilieid="25" class="inlineimg"></o:smarttagtype> These components are a simple example of what excellent and detailed workmanship is capable of. I’m highly impressed by the amount of detail the French company Focal put into this set. It doesn’t make me think twice about my decision….Purely Content with them! I love the fact that the tweets on this set are handcrafted and are 2 inch in diameter rather than the conventional 1 inch), these are supposed to make the high’s richer than ever (more detailed highs for me!). And also one other thing to note is the Aramid Glass woven fibers used for the cone, Providing exceptional linearity and clear crisp mids. And don’t even get me started on the Crossovers on these things…Exceptional detail and craftsmanship is seen while observing the components inside, No loose ends at all…and the Number of options they’ve given in it for tweeter (Attenuation control for tweeters, 0 -3 and -6) and mid level Attenuation (Full and 2db), and the Crossover slope adjustment (-12db or -18db), make the Audio enthusiast in me have a big grin on my face. And they Provide Switches instead of jumpers or more terminals, which makes adjustments oh so easier…This proves that the engineers over at Focal have a fine eye for detail.

I have been evaluating my options since quite a while and would like to thank “Smartboy” for enlightening me of this option’s availability in Pakistan.

Secondly and Mostly I would like to thank a fellow member here Khurram a.k.a “KZAKI”, who simply went out of the way for me in acquiring these Components. Paying Visits time and again to the Retailer, Taking time to understand my music taste and then accordingly auditioning the speakers. The amount of detail and effort he put into this purchase for me cant be simply put in words, so I’ll just have to say Thanks a lot Sir, Talking with you and seeking your help was one thing. If nothing much I developed a Friendship here that will last a lifetime!
