Strange fuel average

hey guys
i own passo 2010 . i am facing a problem about its average. it gives 13- 14km per liter within city. but avarage drops down on motorway to 10 km per ltr.. even at 100-110 speed .
i am using this car for last month and half. not sure what causes this problem.
p.s can anyone suggest a good machenic in rawalpindi for passo

check Tp sensor output. may be giving false reading on wide open throttle range

just use scanner and on switch on position slightly depress accelerator and check smooth variation in reading. or if u can send pics of parameters its more easy for us to diagnose
